Can I Reactivate a Deactivated Team Member in WeSignature?

Yes, you can reactivate a previously deactivated team member in WeSignature if you have an available license.

How to Reactivate a Team Member:

  1. Go to the Team Tab in WeSignature.
  2. Scroll down to the "My Team" section.
  3. Locate the team member whose status is marked as "Removed."
  4. Click the three dots ("...") under Actions.
  5. Select "Reactivate."

After Reactivation:

  • Their status will change to "Active" (displayed in green).
  • Their previous account settings and data will be restored.
  • No need to set up a new account — they can immediately start using WeSignature again.

Note: If you don’t have an available license, you’ll need to purchase one before reactivating the user.
