How Many Templates Can I Apply at Once?

You can apply only one template at a time in WeSignature. We do not allow multiple templates to be applied to different documents in a single request.

However, there is a workaround if you frequently send multiple documents together:

Build a single template that includes multiple documents.

• When creating a template, you can upload multiple documents and map fields for all of them in one template.
• This allows you to apply a single template that covers multiple documents, rather than needing separate templates for each file.

Reminder: Upload Order Matters

If you create Template 1 for Documents A, B, and C, then when using Template 1:

1. Upload Document A first, followed by Documents B and C in that order.
2. Select Template 1 from the dropdown menu on the dashboard.
3. Click "Prepare Document" to proceed.

By following this process, all the pre-mapped fields will be applied correctly across your documents.
