I Was Notified That a Client Left Me a Review, But I Don’t See It on My Company's Google Page. Why Is This?
If you received an email notification about a review but don’t see it on your Google Page, it’s likely due to the star limit filter being turned on.
How It Works:
- If the star limit is on, and the client meets your pre-set star threshold, the client must rewrite the review on Google after signing.
- If the client decides not to rewrite the review, it will not appear on Google.
- You’ll still receive the review internally, but it won’t be posted publicly unless the client completes the second step.
Solution:
- To increase the chances of reviews being posted live, turn the star filter OFF so clients are redirected to Google immediately after signing.
