What Does "Set Your Star Limit" Mean as It Relates to the Google Review Feature in WeSignature?

The star limit feature allows you to filter which clients are prompted to leave a review on Google based on the rating they give you.

How It Works:

• If you set a star limit of 4 stars or better:
  • If a client leaves a 4-star or 5-star review → they are redirected to Google to post it live.
  • They will need to rewrite the review directly on Google.
• If a client leaves a review lower than the star limit:
  • They won't be redirected to Google.
  • You will be notified internally so you can follow up.

Recommendation:

• People are less likely to rewrite a review if prompted twice.
• To maximize reviews, we suggest keeping the star limit filter off so clients are redirected to Google immediately after signing.
