What Is the Documents Section on WeSignature?

The Documents section is where all of your documents reside on the WeSignature platform. You can access this section by clicking "Documents" in the navigation bar. On this page, you will see all the documents you have been working on in WeSignature, organized by their current status:

• Out for Signature – Waiting on a signature
• Draft – Saved as a draft but not yet sent
• Completed – Successfully signed
• Rejected – Declined by the signer
• Canceled – Canceled by the sender before completion
• Archived – Stored but no longer active

This section allows you to keep track of all your documents and their current state in one convenient location.
