What is the most common reason documents don’t return to HawkSoft?

The most common cause is:

• The “Link to HawkSoft” option was not checked

  • Therefore, the Client ID was never entered

• There may have been a clerical error when typing in the Client ID. This is why using the "click to copy" and paste feature is important to ensure the accuracy of the information you are inputting to the WeSignature system.
