What is the Video Feature in WeSignature, and How Do I Include One With an e-Signature Request?

The video feature in WeSignature allows you to personalize your e-signature requests by adding a custom video message. You can include an intro video, an outro video, or both.

• Intro Video – Plays before the recipient signs the document. This is a great way to introduce yourself, provide instructions, or explain the importance of the document.
• Outro Video – Plays after the recipient has signed. This can be used to thank them, confirm next steps, or provide additional information.

How to Include a Video in an E-Signature Request

1. Start from the WeSignature Dashboard. First, upload the document(s) you need signed.
2. Locate the video upload sections. On the dashboard, you’ll see two boxes labeled Intro Video and Outro Video.
3. Click the “+” icon in either box, depending on where you want the video to appear.
4. Choose your video source:
   • Upload a video from your computer.
   • Select a saved video from your WeSignature video library.
   • Record a video directly within the WeSignature platform using your computer’s camera and microphone.
5. Once uploaded or recorded, your video will be automatically attached to your e-signature request.

By utilizing the video feature, you can enhance communication, build trust, and provide a more engaging signing experience for your recipients.
