Can I type the client information into WeSignature instead of copying it from HawkSoft?

You certainly can, but copying information directly from HawkSoft is recommended to avoid:

• Typos

• Mismatched records

• Failed document return

In order to copy a specific field from HawkSoft (such as a client name, email address, or client ID), simply click on that field with your mouse inside of HawkSoft. This will then copy the data to your clipboard, allowing you to paste it into WeSignature. 

Utilizing the copy/paste feature will significantly expedite your workflow, and allow you to avoid mistakes in the e-signing process.
