Yes, your company must have an address listed on Google for the Google Review feature to work properly.

Why It’s Necessary:

  • The Google Review feature is tied to your business’s Place ID on Google.
  • If your business doesn't have an address listed, there will be no Place ID to link to WeSignature.
  • Without a Place ID, the feature cannot redirect clients to leave a review on your Google Page.

How to Fix It:

  • If your business doesn’t have an address on Google, you can create a listing using Google My Business.
  • Once the listing is live, you can retrieve the Place ID and complete the setup in WeSignature.
