Does the integration create or update clients in HawkSoft?

No. The integration does not create, modify, or update client records in HawkSoft.

The HawkSoft integration is strictly used for:

• Sending documents for e-signature

• Returning completed documents to the existing client profile

WeSignature does not:

• Add new clients to HawkSoft

• Change client information

• Edit policies or account data

• Write notes or activities

All client records must already exist in HawkSoft before sending documents for signature.

This ensures:
