How do I connect WeSignature to HawkSoft?

To ensure that completed documents are successfully pushed back into HawkSoft after signing, you must first connect your HawkSoft account to WeSignature.

This connection is set up from within WeSignature using credentials provided by HawkSoft.

Steps to connect your account

  1. Log in to WeSignature.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Navigate to the Keys section.

  4. Enter the following information from your HawkSoft account:

    • HawkSoft Username

    • HawkSoft Secret API Key

    • HawkSoft Agency ID
  5. Click Save.

Once this information is saved, WeSignature and HawkSoft will be securely connected.

What this connection does

After connecting your accounts:

  • Completed, signed documents will be automatically pushed back into HawkSoft

  • Documents will remain tied to the correct client record

  • Manual downloading and re-uploading of signed documents is no longer required

This connection enables the full WeSignature–HawkSoft integration workflow to function properly.
