How Do I Edit My E-Signature on the WeSignature Dashboard?

If you need to change or update your e-signature after initially setting it up, follow these simple steps:

  1. Locate Your Current Signature – On the dashboard, find the box displaying your current e-signature.
  2. Click the Three Dots – In the top-right corner of the signature box, click the three dots (•••) to open the options menu.
  3. Select "Delete" – Click Delete to remove your current signature.
  4. Add a New Signature – Once deleted, you will be prompted to create a new signature. You have three options:
    • Draw your signature using a mouse or touchscreen.
    • Type your signature using a variety of font styles.
    • Upload an image of your handwritten signature.
  5. Save Your New Signature – After creating your new signature, click Save to apply the changes.

Your updated signature will now be used for all future document signings.
