How Do I Resend a Signature Request That Is Already Out for Signature?

If the client has lost the signature request in their inbox, you can easily resend it:

  • Go to the Documents tab.
  • Filter for documents that are Out for Signature.
  • Locate the document you want to resend.
  • Click the three dots ("...") under the Actions column on the far right.
  • Select "Resend Request."

This will immediately send the e-signature request to the client again, making it easier for them to locate and sign the document.
