How Do I Resend a Signature Request That Is Already Out for Signature?
If the client has lost the signature request in their inbox, you can easily resend it:
- Go to the Documents tab.
- Filter for documents that are Out for Signature.
- Locate the document you want to resend.
- Click the three dots ("...") under the Actions column on the far right.
- Select "Resend Request."
This will immediately send the e-signature request to the client again, making it easier for them to locate and sign the document.
