How Do I Set Up the Google Review Feature in My WeSignature Account?
Setting up the Google Review feature is simple and only takes a few steps.
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Log into your WeSignature account.
- In the navigation bar, select "Settings."
- From the settings menu, select "Google Review Settings."
- Turn the feature ON using the toggle.
- If desired, set a star limit (e.g., 4 stars or higher) to only prompt positive reviews.
- To link your Google Page:
- Click "Get My Place ID."
- Search for your business on the map that appears.
- Once you select your business, a white box will appear with a unique Place ID.
- Copy the Place ID and paste it into the white box in WeSignature (next to "Find My Place ID").
- (Optional) Customize the landing page title and message for your clients if you have the star limit turned on.
- Don’t forget to click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
- Test the feature by sending a signature request to confirm that clients are routed to your Google Page after signing.
Pro Tip: We recommend keeping the star filter off to maximize the number of reviews left directly on your Google Page.
