How Will My Colleague Activate Their WeSignature Account After I Send an Invite?

Once you send an invitation:

  1. Your colleague will receive an email invitation — have them check their inbox.
  2. They should click the blue "Accept" button in the email.
  3. A second email with login credentials will follow.
  4. They will log in using:
    • Email address
    • Temporary password
  5. After logging in, they’ll be prompted to change their password and finish setting up their account.
