If I Forgot to Add a Signer on the Previous Page, Can I Still Add One on the Document Preparation Page?

Yes! You can add a signer directly from the document preparation screen without going back.

  • Click the blue "Signer +" button in the top left corner.
  • Enter their name and email address (or phone number for SMS delivery).
  • The new signer will be added immediately, and you can add corresponding signature fields for them on the document. Once you send the document, they will receive a copy to sign immediately.
