What is the WeSignature–HawkSoft integration?

The WeSignature–HawkSoft integration allows users to send and manage e-signatures directly from within the HawkSoft management system.

This integration streamlines the document signing process by connecting HawkSoft and WeSignature in a seamless workflow.

At a high level, the integration allows you to:

  • Pull documents from HawkSoft into WeSignature for electronic signature

  • Automatically transfer client information (name, email address, and client ID) from HawkSoft into WeSignature

  • Send documents for e-signature using WeSignature’s secure signing process

  • Push completed, signed documents back into HawkSoft once signing is finished

This ensures that signed documents stay connected to the correct client record in HawkSoft, reducing manual data entry and keeping your document workflow organized and efficient.
