What Should I Do If My Colleague Can't Find Their WeSignature Invite?

If your colleague says they didn’t receive the invite:

  1. Go to the "My Team" section on the Team tab.
  2. Confirm their email address is correct in the "My Team" list.
    • If incorrect, resend the invite with the correct email. (The WeSignature license will not be used until the team member accepts the invite. Meaning, you can quickly send a new invite to the correct email address if a mistake was made).
  3. If the email is correct, advise them to:
    • Check their spam or junk folder.
  4. You can also manually resend the invite:
    • Find the row with their name and email under the "My Team" list.
    • Click the three dots under actions ("...") and select "Resend Invite."

If their status shows "Inactive" (in red), it means they haven’t accepted the invite yet. Once it turns green and shows "Active," they’re officially part of your team!
