Why Won’t my Document Upload to WeSignature?

If a document won’t upload, there are two common reasons:

  1. The file type is not supported by WeSignature. If this is the case, convert the file to an accepted format like PDF, Word, or PNG/JPEG.
  2. There is an issue with the document itself, most commonly with PDFs. If you’re having trouble, try this solution:
    • Open the PDF on your computer.
    • Select Print, then choose Microsoft Print to PDF (Windows) or Save as PDF (Mac).
    • Save the new version and try uploading again.
