Can I Reactivate a Deactivated Team Member in WeSignature?
Yes, you can reactivate a previously deactivated team member in WeSignature if you have an available license.
How to Reactivate a Team Member:
- Go to the Team Tab in WeSignature.
- Scroll down to the "My Team" section.
- Locate the team member whose status is marked as "Removed."
- Click the three dots ("...") under Actions.
- Select "Reactivate."
After Reactivation:
- Their status will change to "Active" (displayed in green).
- Their previous account settings and data will be restored.
- No need to set up a new account — they can immediately start using WeSignature again.
Note: If you don’t have an available license, you’ll need to purchase one before reactivating the user.
