Can I Share Templates with My Teammates on WeSignature?

Yes! You can easily share templates with your team members in WeSignature. Here’s how:

1. Log into WeSignature and navigate to the Templates tab.
2. Find the template you want to share in your library.
3. Under the Actions column, click the three dots ("...") and select Share Template.
4. A list of your team members will appear—check the names of those you want to share the template with.
5. Once shared, your team members can access it by:
   • Logging into their WeSignature account.
   • Clicking Templates in the navigation bar.
   • Clicking the "Shared Templates (With Me)" button on the Templates page.
6. They will now see and be able to use all templates that have been shared with them!
