How Do I Add a Large Number of Team Members at Once in WeSignature?
You can quickly add a large number of team members to WeSignature using a CSV file instead of manually inviting each one.
How to Upload a CSV File:
- Go to the Team Tab in WeSignature.
- Look for the white box labeled "Upload a Team."
- Click the box to open your computer’s file manager.
- Select the prepared CSV file and upload it.
CSV File Requirements:
- The CSV file must include the following fields:
- Team member’s name
- Team member’s business email address
- Yes or No to indicate if they should have admin access
- To see a sample template (or use our template), click the hyperlink on the Team Tab labeled "File Example."
After Uploading:
- Once you upload the CSV file, click "Add My Team."
- WeSignature will automatically send invitations to all team members listed in the file.
